Lean principles:
- Eliminate waste = eliminar o desperdício.
- Create knowledge = criar conhecimento.
- Build quality in = produzir com qualidade.
- Defer commitment = criar comprometimento.
- Deliver fast = entregar rápido.
- Respect people = respeitar as pessoas.
- Improve the system = melhorar o sistema.
I have been reading about and trying to use some principles of agile for a long time now. They really makes sence to me, I think it would help my productivity a lot!
Despite working in a company that's all about ms-project schedules, some projects go by themselves without a formal methodology or even a base guideline of principles (e.g. agile). This is the gap I try to fill with agile principles..
But I say.. easy talking.. hard swimming against the tide..
